Welcome to the official website of the 2027 The 20th International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2027). The conference will be held in Canberra, Australia on June 23-25, 2027, co-sponsored by University of Canberra and SIE.

ICCEE was started in Phuket Island, Thailand in the year of 2008, and after the success of the first edition, it has been held annually from 2009 to 2019 in Dubai(UAE), Chengdu(China), Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris(France), Geneva(Switzerland), Paris(France), Barcelona(Spain), Edmonton(Canada), Tokyo(Japan), TU Delft, Netherlands. According to most authors' willingness, ICCEE2020~2024 were held as a virtual conference. ICCEE2025 was successfully held in Singapore, and ICCEE2026 was successfully held in Brisbane, Australia.

The objective of ICCEE is to present the latest research and results of scientists (preferred students, PhD Students, and post-doc scientists) related to Computer and Electrical Engineering topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific fields.

All accepted and registered papers, after proper presentation at the conference, will be published in the official ICCEE 2027 Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing in major databases such as EI Compendex and Scopus.

ICCEE has a strong and consistent publication track record. Recent editions, together with their proceedings and indexing records, are listed below.

All paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings after proper registration and presentation.
