ECEL – ACPI

The European Conference on e-Learning was established 25 years ago. It has been held in France, Portugal, Sweden, The Netherlands, Greece and the UK to mention only a few of the countries who have hosted it.

ECEL is generally attended by participants from more than 40 countries and attracts an interesting combination of academic scholars, practitioners and individuals who are engaged in various aspects of e-Learning.

ECEL 2027 is being hosted by Lund University, Sweden. This conference will also host the 13th e-Learning Excellence Awards.

On behalf of the Faculty of Education, Charles University, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 25th European Conference on e-Learning in Prague. Founded in 1946, our Faculty is the largest institution for teacher education in the Czech Republic and has a long tradition of research into digital and innovative pedagogy. The conference will take place in the historic centre of Prague, within easy walking distance of the National Theatre, the Vltava river and Prague’s Old Town. We look forward to welcoming researchers and practitioners from across Europe and beyond to share ideas, build new collaborations, and experience the city’s unique academic and cultural atmosphere.

We are planning to run our series of conferences as physical events with the option for participants to join virtually. We urge you to continue to submit your abstracts and papers in line with the published dates (extensions will be granted on request). For more details contact info@academic-conferences.org.

Papers accepted for the ECEL after the double-blind peer review process, will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The conference proceedings have an ISSN (2048-8645) and will be assigned an ISBN on publication. Proceedings are accessible here: https://papers.academic-conferences.org/index.php/ecel
