To ensure a smoother and faster registration experience during the conference, we have decided to open on-site registration in advance, allowing attendees to complete the process ahead of time and avoid queues at the venue.

Payment options: Attendees can pay online by credit card or choose to pay on-site, either in cash or by credit card.

On-site registration fees will be available through this link from Friday, November 6th at 14:00 (CET) until Monday, November 9th at 23:59 (CET).

To help you prepare for CIKM 2026 and make the most of your time in Rome, we have put together a General Information Booklet with everything you need to know before and during the conference. Inside, you will find practical information regarding the conference venues and how to reach them, registration and on-site fees, the program at a glance, social events, local transportation, and other useful recommendations for your stay. Download it here.
