The Tor Vergata PhD Conference is an annual event organized by the doctoral students of the PhD in Economics and Finance program at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. It aims to bring together ambitious young economists for two days of research presentations, academic discussion, feedback, and networking. The conference welcomes contributions from all fields of economics and provides a forum for participants to present and discuss ongoing research.

This year's conference includes presentations from 18 Italian and international PhD students and young researchers from 15 universities, and a keynote speech on “AI and Competition in Agentic Markets” by professor Giacomo Calzolari (European University Institute).
