The Trondheim CCS Conference (TCCS) series focuses on the latest research and development regarding CO₂ capture, transport and storage (CCS). The objective is to highlight, present and discuss work undertaken by R&D institutes, universities and industry. Abstracts are invited from the entire value chain of CCS technology development.

Kleiven is the director of the Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research at the University of Bergen. Kleiven is a marine geologist by training with a particular expertise in ocean currents, reconstructing past ocean and climate variability.
