The SER2027 conference theme explores integrated approaches to ecological restoration across landscapes, seascapes, and communities. The theme reflects both the natural continuum that restoration work must follow, from mountain catchments to coastal waters and deep seas, and the human systems, knowledge, policy, finance, and culture, that determine whether restoration succeeds and endures.

Organized in collaboration with the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER) and regional partners including SER-Europe, SPECO, FCiências.ID, ULisboa, and CIÊNCIAS ULisboa.
